awesome... details on that??????????

didnt know cat was building road chasis

The trucks are built by International. I would have figured that Cat would have gone for something built a little heavier like a Kenworth C500. Now those are sweet trucks!

you sure about that? cause this this had no International badging anywere. and the badge on the frame places it from europe. and this thing is stout, triple C-channel frame it was fun to drill 3/4" holes. I know we dont buy kenworths unless the customer asks, i think part of it is for the company i work for is we get somany other tractors from them that when we do a rigid frame like this one we stay loyal. drives so nice though fire it up hit "D" and away ya go just about anybody could drive it

were you getting your info cummins cowboy, i was all over this truck today , the engine has cat badges and serial numbers and the trans has a cat badge and serial number. there is not evidence that anybody but cat built this truck, out CAT rep was here today and even he said its all cat minus the axles

A few various Cat and Navistar websites. They created a joint venture called NC2 Global LLC. The 11 and 13 liter motors, from the information both companies have released, are Navistar motors painted yellow with Cat badges. The transmissions are built by Cat.

Same situation with the Cummins engines in Case IH tractors. They all have CNH serial number plates on them.

I got the same result as Muddy.

Update: I see the problem now, Muddy. This is what the link provided states, http://http//www.cat.com/truck/CT660

Notice the duplicate "http//" before the "www" section. Keep the first "http:" part and remove "//http" from the URL and press enter. If you don't want to do that, click on this link, http://www.cat.com/truck/CT660

I don't have the "power" to edit someone else's posts, but you or Curtis should be able to fix the link in Petroskie's original post.

Might be ok if you are installing this stuff 'new' . . . . . If you get my meanings!

Be careful! I can see a new way of being invented for hair removal . . . . If you're into 'testing' your work . . . :lmao:( | ):nono:
