Rough & Ready

Recommended Posts

This is our little brother Scott's 1992 F350 Ext Cab Dually. He is currently training in 29 Psalms for his deployment to Afghanistan. We are currently using it as our local 2.8 truck but it has a mild S300 setup on it and seems to run pretty well so far other than wanting to be a jack rabbit. Hopefully the new traction bars and rear hitch help solve that issue.

Under the charger and still manage 19mph

This is where we learned a lot, we knew we had too much traction at the top end so we figured it was the rear duals. But now we are pretty sure the front end is the first issue to address. (more tire pressure and less tread)

Went back with the duals on the 3rd hook and hop almost went away but snuff came back. I think the hop is mainly the track and lack of tire pressure.

We ended the year off properly... We have been waiting for the STOCK Sterling 10.5 to give up on life and it finally happened. She lasted 18 hooks, probably 14 more than we expected out of her.

50ft into the hook this is what happened.
