The truck was running very good when it started to surge and cut back. The check engine light came on so I had it scanned and code read "low voltage to throttle position sensor". Some people said bad tps and others said bad ECM. Through messing around I found that when I disconnect and reconnect batteries the truck runs good and check engine light goes out. It runs good for couple hours to couple months then it happens again until disconnect and reconnect batteries.

The APPS Sensor has a tag that tells you the correct voltage for your particular truck. You can try just doing the quick APPS Reset first and if that doesn't work do the full check and reset, this should either fix your problem or tell you if the APPS is bad or not.
