Sub compact tractor

Recommended Posts

You will like the MF. I often do tractor work with a freind who runs a 2012 40 hp Massey and he will never buy anything else.

A gooseneck dump trailer  will be handy, but is pretty heavy. are you going to be doing tractor work for a living? Will you want to haul a heavy trlr even when ur not going to be using it? Just something to think about.

I have 250 hrs on the Kubota L3901 and the only complaint I have is the seat and seat suspension. Takes its toll on me when in the seat all day. It also needs some arm rests.

No i wont be doing tractor work full time. Mostly for house and friends.

I didnt think the gooseneck trailers were heavy. I was considering getting a regular bumper pull style trailler.

This tractor doesnt have arm rest either.lol

Thanks for the info, things i didnt consider before.

Well, i pulled the trigger for a sub compact tractor.

I decided to go with the john deere1025r tlb.

Because its built in georga.

Plus john deere was closer to home. And massey was a hour away.

I still like the massey,

As for the trailer, ill have to wait.

I cant wait for it to show up and put it to work.

Your dump trailer would haul my tractor.

Update, i finally got my tractor back a couple fridays ago. They found the pressures wasnt set correctly from the factory, set to low.

They had to readjust everything.

What is the update with your trailer issue muddy?

well, the picece of junk big tex went back to their factory. they were decent to deal with. the similar examples there had a design flaw as well until you step up thethe 10k or 14 k which i wouldve done. but the 70 sr was rightfor thejob and good for smaller tasks andability to get into the tighter places.

C&B trailer hitched behind one of the trucks as we spealk :thumgup;

Well, i use the crap out of the tractor. I will be picking up a rear scraper blade in a week. When i was in cali for my  neices birthday my uncle sold me a 5' brush hog for the rear he barely used.
